Pencil Love
Miniature pencil sculptures custom made to order from Jen Maestre:
I would love to see these as fascinators but maybe I'm just weird and impractical.
Pencil badges:
I remember keeping my pencil crayons until they were little stubs and I was forced to throw them away. Too bad I hadn't discovered acrylic resin as a five year old.
I love these as fashion elements I think it would be great to see them as buttons on a coat for example or sewn into a garment. Imagine these covering a leather jacket instead of studs, excessive but gorgeous. I'm thinking the leather would be a cherry red or turquoise.
All pieces are available at Jen Maestre

Art Supplies For Your Face
When I shop for art supplies and when I shop for cosmetics there is little difference really. Ridiculous amounts of money are always spent (seemingly unintentionally) and sometimes my art supplies and my cosmetics are almost indistinguishable from one another:
Make Up Forever, 25th anniversary aqua Eyes pencil set and Flash color palette (lips, eyes, cheeks)
The Aqua Eyes pencil set reminds me of a set of watercolour pencils that I had in high school, they also came in a tin. The palettes are reminiscent of both watercolours and halloween make-up.

Oh, beer!
Bad puns aside, it has come to my attention that PPQ founder Amy Molyneaux has collaborated with Bittersweet to create limited edition beer glasses. The idea behind this is to create shapes that compliment the beer flavour and give women something more aesthetically pleasing to hold than a clunky pint glass. Even more than all that though it's a way to try and make women feel more comfortable drinking beer. Apparently lots of women secretly like beer but are embarrassed to drink it in public. I have noticed that certain men make it a point of announcing how vile and unladylike it is to drink beer as they themselves down their tenth pint! Apparently it's more 'ladylike' to drink alco-pops to the point of passing out in your own vomit.
The point is responsible adults should just drink what they want. I do agree though that the old pint glass was long over due for a makeover:
Go to Bittersweet, select your favourite glass shape and then select your favourite print. You will be entered to win £150 in ASOS vouchers and the glass design that you selected.
